Do they work Irish hours?

Most of our team members have a 4-5 hour overlap with their clients during the day, which we refer to as our sync time. Additionally, there are 3-4 hours of asynchronous work, allowing them to focus while you're asleep. We can adjust the overlap time to meet your specific needs if necessary
