Born from frustration with the

old way of outsourcing

Teqnet was founded by two directors who had experienced offshore staffing from both sides — as clients who felt burned, and as operators who knew the talent was there, just poorly matched and poorly managed.

Our answer was the Augmented Offshore Model: a structure where you remain in full control of your team member's work, schedule, and direction, while we handle recruitment, compliance, HR, and ongoing retention. You get the upside of a dedicated employee at offshore economics — without the arms-length frustration of traditional BPO.

Based in Melbourne with our service centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka, we now support businesses across Australia and beyond in accounting, construction, legal, sales, and more — placing professionals who stay, grow, and genuinely become part of your team.
